Chris Ramsey - Broker

I was born in 1958 and grew up in Houston, Texas.  I graduated from Sam Houston State University in 1981 with a degree in Wildlife Biology.  After graduation, I started and operated a private hunting resort on our family ranch in Utopia, Texas, where I still reside.   I presently do consulting work for land owners on managing their white-tailed deer, exotics and help in setting up their wildlife exemptions for property taxes. My hobbies are hunting, fishing and golfing.  I enjoy showing ranches to prospective buyers and sharing my knowledge of wildlife management and range management with them.

Wayne Boyce

Wayne is a native to the Texas Hill Country. He grew up in Utopia and has been farming and ranching for many years. Wayne is as avid outdoorsman and hunting guide. He has extensive experience with hunting operations and wildlife management. Wayne & Betty have two children Whitney & Sterlin attending Texas Tech University.

 

Betty Boyce

Betty grew up in a ranching family and is a native of Utopia. She graduated from Texas State University with a degree in business and for many years owned and operated Foxfire Cabins near Lost Maples Park . She is involved as a volunteer in the community and experienced in tourism and property management. Betty feels blessed to be able to live & work in the hill country.
